Pictanovo met en oeuvre la politique cinématographique et audiovisuelle de la Région Hauts-de-France, en soutenant la création et la production de plus de 200 œuvres par an (aide à l’écriture, au développement et à la production), via 9 fonds d'aide.

9 fonds d'aide : Cinéma et fiction TV, Documentaire, Animation, Jeu vidéo, Court métrage, Nouveaux médias, Emergence (production associative), Hauts-de-France Talent (vidéos pour le web) et Programme éditorial.

Plus que jamais la Région Hauts-de-France se positionne comme "Terre de tournage de séries" et Pictanovo joue son rôle d'animateur de ce secteur en proposant plusieurs temps forts, pendant les trois jours que dure le Séries Mania Forum :

Mardi 21 mars :
• 9h30-11h
Participation du Bureau d'Accueil des Tournages à une formation à Tourcoing « Le patrimoine fait son cinéma » avec pour objectif de sensibiliser au rôle du cinéma et des tournages dans la valorisation du patrimoine.

• 11h40 - 12h40
Pictanovo reçoit les référents Film Friendly pour échanger autour de la dynamique vertueuse des tournages éco-responsables.
- Présentation des préconisations du CNC pour les productions Eco-responsables par Caroline Julliard-Mourgues.
- Présentation des enjeux d’éco-responsabilités par Fanny Smith (référente éco responsable sur la série HPI) et Franck Delpech, Directeur de Production sur HPI.

• 14h30-15h30
Formation des référents Film Friendly à la prise de vues photographiques dans Lille afin d’identifier la notion de décor sur chaque territoire.

• 17h30 - 18h30
Pictanovo participera à la table-ronde GO NATURAL - DROP THE CGI AND ENJOY UNUSUAL SHOOTING LOCATIONS et présentera les décors des Hauts-de-France.

Mercredi 22 mars :
• 9h-10h30
Rencontre avec les techniciens de l'image et du son de la Région Hauts-de-France.

• 14h-17h
Rencontre avec les responsables de pôle Emploi TOTEM, spectacle et audiovisuel en Hauts-de-France.

• 14h-15h30
Séance de pitchs Pictanovo en partenariat avec la FJPI, avec 5 auteurs qui participent à un atelier d’écriture toute l’année.

Jeudi 23 mars :
Participation de Pictanovo aux Dialogues de Lille.

Les sélections 2023

Deux séries coproduites par Pictanovo sont sélectionnées :
- Aspergirl, de Lola Roqueplon est sélectionnée dans la compétition française
- HPI (saison 3) réalisée par Mona Achache, Vincent Jamain et Djibril Glissant sera projetée à l’occasion des séances spéciales.

A noter également la lecture du scénario de la série Bouchon, écrite par Eléonore Costes et cofinancée par Pictanovo. Avec les comédiens Logann Antuofermo, Selena Diouf, Rachid Guellaz, Vanille Lehmann, Ludmilla Makowski et Coline Rage, Talents Adami Cinéma 2022, encadrés par l’actrice, scénariste et réalisatrice Fanny Sidney.

Pictanovo is the regional center of excellence in charge of implementing film and audiovisual policy Hauts-de-France. It accompanies the creation and production of more than 200 works per year !

Pictanovo manages 9 support funds for audiovisual and cinematographic creation : Cinema and Fiction TV, Documentary, Animation, Video game, Short film, New media, Emergence (associative production), Hauts-de-France Talent (online videos), Writing and development editorial program.

More than ever, the Hauts-de-France Region is positioning itself as a "land for filming series" and Pictanovo is playing its role as facilitator in this sector by offering several highlights:

Tuesday 21st March
• 9:30-11am
Participation of the Film Commission in a training session in Tourcoing "Heritage makes its cinema" The aim is to sensitize the role of cinema and filming in the promotion of heritage.

• 11:40am-12:40pm
Pictanovo receives Film Friendly referents to discuss about the virtuous dynamics of eco-responsible filming.
- Presentation of the CNC's recommendations for Eco-responsible production by Caroline Julliard-Mourgues.
- Presentation of eco-responsibility issues by Fanny Smith (eco-responsible referent on the HPI series) and Franck Delpech, Production Director on HPI.

• 2:30-3:30pm
Training of Film Friendly referents in shooting techniques in Lille in order to identify the concept of « film set » in each territory.

• 5:30-6:30pm
Pictanovo will participate in the round table GO NATURAL - DROP THE CGI AND ENJOY UNUSUAL SHOOTING LOCATIONS and will present the locations « ready to film » of Hauts-de-France.

Wednesday 22nd March
• 9-10-30am
Meeting with image and sound technicians from the Hauts-de-France region.

• 2-5pm
Meeting with the managers of TOTEM Pôle Emploi, entertainment and audiovisual employment center in Hauts-de-France.

• 2-3:30pm
Pictanovo pitchs session in partnership with the FJPI, with 5 authors who participate in a writing workshop throughout the year.

Thursday 23rd March
Participation of Pictanovo of the « Lille Dialogues ».
The Hauts-de-France Region will produce a daily broadcast, live from the Series Mania Festival, broadcast on their social networks Facebook and Youtube, at the end of the day.

The 2023 selections
Two series co-produced by Pictanovo are selected:

- Aspergirl, by Lola Roqueplon is selected in the French competition
- HPI (season 3) directed by Mona Achache, Vincent Jamain and Djibril Glissant will be screened during special screenings.

Also note the reading of the script for the Bouchon series, written by Eléonore Costes and co-financed by Pictanovo. With actors Logann Antuofermo, Selena Diouf, Rachid Guellaz, Vanille Lehmann, Ludmilla Makowski and Coline Rage, Talents Adami Cinéma 2022, supervised by actress, screenwriter and director Fanny Sidney.
